Foundry for the production of non-ferrous metals and alloys
The factory has:
two electric resistance furnaces with a nominal capacity of 140 kg each for the production of aluminum castings
induction furnace with a nominal capacity of 600 kg for the production of copper, brass, bronze and aluminum castings. The main subject of activity is the production of current fittings – terminals, grounding conductors, etc., as well as castings of non-ferrous metals according to customer drawings.

The workshop has three thermal furnaces with the dimensions of the working area as follows:
– 3000х1850х1070 mm
– 1600х900х800 mm
– 1200х600х400 mm
and offers its customers the following heat treatments – annealing, normalization and hardening in oil and water. The dimensions of the oil bath are 2000x1200x2600mm, and the water bath – 2400x800x800 mm.
