CERB EAD’s Chairman of the Board of Directors dipl. eng. Dimitar Beleliev successfully defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic „Assessment of Bulgaria’s energy security” with the Industrial Business Department of the Business Faculty of the University of National and World Economy (UNWE).
